Job Summary

We’re seeking a bright, motivated, analytically inclined Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. If you’re the right candidate, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with significant autonomy. You enjoy doing things the right way, building new tools and capabilities, and learning new things.

You will primarily be responsible for day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, and purchasing. You will also play a key role in maturing our financial processes and systems, including implementing new tools and training employees on new tools and processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accounts Receivable functions, including creating and sending customer invoices, tracking payments and reconcile inflows with invoices, and basic revenue accounting
  • Accounts Payable functions, including processing vendor invoices, validating accounting coding, and enforcing policies related to vendor payments
  • Assist employees in purchasing activities and coordinate with vendors on financial matters
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure all services performed and expenses incurred are accurately reflected in financial systems
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide timely, actionable visibility to financial metrics for forecasting, planning, and performance management to the management team
  • Plan implementations of and administer various financial systems, including ERP, expense reporting system, financial planning system, and others as required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years experience with financial analysis, invoicing, bookkeeping, and computer-based accounting systems
  • Ability to organize, summarize, and analyze data efficiently
  • Advanced experience with Excel required
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce desired, but not required
